Yields: 4 Servings


Ingredients

1 1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 Large Clove garlic crushed
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F

Put yogurt in medium-sized bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, horseradish. soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl. Add garam masala, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Rinse chicken and pat dry.

Dip each breast first into yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken. Place chicken in baking pan, meaty side up.

Bake 45-50 minutes.
