Yields: 3 Servings


Ingredients

1 tablespoon Oil
3/4 pound boned and skinned chicken breasts cut into strips
5 ounces pizza sauce
1 whole 12" Boboli Italian Bread Shell
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


 
Instructions
Heat oven to 450F.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until cooked through.

Stir in sauce.

Spoon chicken mixture onto bread shell and sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes or until bread shell is crisp.
